PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE

If your product(s) arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong design was printed, return within 30 days and we will replace it for you for free!

BE SURE TO INSPECT BEFORE WEARING!

You will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return your item. All items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, free of hairs, no foreign scents or smells, and all tags retained. Upon acceptance of your return, you will be mailed a replacement free of charge, or a full refund at your discretion.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been lost in the mail, we will replace your order for you free of charge.

If your package has been marked delivered to the correct address by the postal carrier, and it cannot be found or it was stolen, we will NOT be able to get you a replacement.

CANCELLATIONS

You may submit a request to cancel after purchasing, however we cannot guarantee that all cancellations will go through. Our products are made to order, meaning production starts as soon as the order is placed. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make an attempt at cancellation.
